Chili con/sin carne with giblets
As a cool opponent there is a fast guacamole (instead of sour creme) and great chickpea patties.
After that you are guaranteed to be perfectly happy!
For 4 hungry:
Some olive oil in a big pot heat up and fry 500 g organic ground beef . (Vegetarians simply use soy granules, boiled in vegetable broth and drained, and this is then added to the pot with the beans.)
2 onions , 3 garlic cloves and 2 sharp !! Finely chop the chili peppers and add (the small nasty dried chillies are awesome!). Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
Wash 1 red and yellow parika , remove seeds and cut into bite sized pieces. Also put in the pot. in a strainer and rinse under running water. Also put in the pot.
Put 2 cans of chopped tomatoes and some water in the pot and stir well.
1 organic bouillon cattle , 1-2 tablespoons oregano , salt , pepper , 2 pinches of rose parsley , add 1 heaped tablespoon of sweet pepper and some barbecue spice and stir. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the chili with 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar .
In the meantime, 125 g of chickpea flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder , 1 pinch of salt , 3 pinches of pepper , 1 pinch of ground coriander and 125g of soy or oat cream thoroughly. (I like putting on disposable gloves - that's a lot more pleasant.)
The dough should be supple and still slightly damp. Form a ball, wrap in Clingfilm and put it aside for a few minutes. Make thin pancakes from the chickpea batter and toast for 2 minutes in a hot pan on each side. Guacamole
Then 1 ripe avocado divide in the middle and lift out the pulp with a spoon. In a tall Becker with 1 shot of soy or oat cream , salt and pepper , 1 onion , 1 small garlic clove and 2 - 3 tablespoons lime juice (lemon goes too). Purée everything and let it through. Season again just before serving.
Fill the chili in nice bowls, add 1 dollop of guacamole on top and with chopped herbs ( Coriander or parsley ) sprinkled. The flatbreads are enough.
